Kindergarten
Small-group class size
Our nursery classes are led by native teachers who are qualified and have experience with young children and there will be 2 assistants. Our class capacity is 12 children and the ratio is 1:4. We do believe in small class sizes that students can perform better as they are more likely to engage in activities. Teachers can focus more on each student’s needs and have stronger teacher-student relationships.
Kindergarten curriculum
Kindergarten curriculum at Casgala is thoughtfully designed to support both your child’s personal, social, and emotional growth, as well as their academic development. At the kindergarten level, we build upon the foundational prime areas of learning outlined in the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and further extend the curriculum to include the specific areas of learning such as Mathematics, Literacy, Expressive Arts, and Understanding the World. This balanced approach ensures that each child is equipped with the skills, confidence, and curiosity needed for future learning and success.
Child focused approach
Our approach is rooted in purposeful play and strong focus on each child’s individual needs and interests. We believe that play is a powerful vehicle for learning when guided thoughtfully, it becomes a meaningful way for children to explore, discover, and make sense of the world around them.
Every learning experience is designed with purpose, allowing children to develop critical thinking, creativity, and social-emotional skills in an engaging and age-appropriate way. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, our child-focused approach respects each child’s pace, personality, and potential. By observing and responding to their interests, our educators create a nurturing environment where children feel valued, confident, and motivated to learn.
